The Actor's Playpen

is a completely remodeled black box theater, which seats up to 50 guests. The stage is 23' x 16'. It includes a HUGE lobby, two restrooms, a rear artist entrance, a very spacious backstage area, and a free parking lot! The Actor's Playpen is available to rent out for rehearsals, showcases, productions, staged readings, etc. It is also equipped with a projector for film screenings, etc.

Rates:


Rehearsals:
$25 per hour
($15 per hour for The Actor's Playpen students and production contracts)

Theatre Plus Lobby Rentals (auditions, etc.):
$35 per hour
($25 per hour for The Actor's Playpen students and production contracts)

Performances/Film Screenings:   
$325 per performance *
