The Actor's Playpen was founded in the fall of 2004 as a place for actors of all levels to practice, to polish, to stretch, to grow . . . to play. We believe in the combination of hard work, good times, community, and challenge. We offer the unique opportunity of studying and working with instructors who do not see themselves as gurus, but as fortunate, hard-working colleagues who are currently highly visible in the entertainment industry. We provide ongoing acting classes that are dedicated to remaining affordable while upholding a positive philosophy of supporting artists, their work, and their dreams.
