The Actor's Playpen was founded in 2004 as a place for actors of all levels to practice, to polish, to stretch, to grow . . . to play.
We
believe in the combination of hard work, good times, community, and
challenge. We offer the unique opportunity of studying and working with
instructors who do not see themselves as gurus, but as fortunate,
hard-working colleagues who are currently highly visible in the
entertainment industry.
The Actor's Playpen upholds a
positive philosophy of supporting artists, their work, and their
dreams. We work hard to transform those dreams into reality by not only
producing our own projects in theatre/ film/ television/ web, but also
providing our members with the tools, attitude, and advice needed to
become a professional working actor.
